Student card
The student card is an important part of the study routine. Among other things, cards will be needed to be able to leave the buildings in the evening.
To get a student card at HVL, you must:
- upload a picture of yourself at mittbilde.hvl.no/en/
- after 15 minutes you can order your student card via nettskjema.hvl.no/tingkort/
No student cards will be produced unless they are ordered via this link. You can choose which campus you will pick up your student card at.
To identify yourself as a student, you may download a student ID app. Click here for more information about the student ID app.
Distribution of student cards
If you are a student in Haugesund, Førde or Sogndal, you can pick up your card in Servicetorget between 08.00-15.00. The card will be ready within one week after you have uploaded the photo and ordered via the link.
If you are a student in Bergen, you can pick up your card in Servicetorget between 08.00-15.30. The card will be ready within one week after you have uploaded the photo and ordered via the link.
At Stord, the student cards are handed out to the class by the subject teacher when the cards are ready, within one week after you have uploaded the photo and ordered via the link. From the 1th September you can pick up your card at Servicetorget.
